Godrej announces the price at launch. For context, new Neopolis launches in 2026 are priced at about ₹15,500 to ₹17,000 per sq ft.
An honest word: Godrej paid one of the highest land prices in Neopolis, so don't expect the lowest rate per sq ft. Because the homes are sensibly sized, your total can still be lower than many 3,000+ sq ft options here.

Neopolis is HMDA's 530-acre planned layout, with 36–45 m roads and underground power and water lines, beside the Gandipet Lake green belt. The Raidurg–Kokapet Neopolis metro line got the Centre's in-principle approval in May 2026; final approval is pending. Travel times depend on traffic.

You pay a booking amount first. The rest is paid as the towers rise. You don't need the full amount now.
On launch day, every floor, facing and layout is open. In a G+57 tower, the floor you pick matters.
Most of the first wave of Neopolis is due by 2030. A tower launched now finishes after most of it, so you skip much of the dust and noise.
About 7,900 homes in 9 projects are due by 2030. Dates from developers, RERA and property portals, checked 25 Sep 2026.

Tower A has 10 homes a floor, so more layouts to choose from. Tower B has 8, so fewer neighbours on your floor.
Compare what each available floor actually gives you: the view, privacy, lift access and the floor-rise charge. I'll put the options side by side at launch.

Take a home with a staff room if you have, or plan, live-in help or a caregiver for parents. If not, a 3 BHK gives you the same bedrooms for less.
